My take on the whole Back to School thing. Doesn't it still fill you with dread? But we can say BOOBIES to it all.
In honour of Eric Smith who showed me his upside down calculator in Chemistry, causing a giggling fit that started a friendship.
Wear at as either a brooch or a necklace. Handmade in a very limited edition, available only while stocks last!
Description
I originally designed this bracelet for a beautiful young woman – using her mother's words from near the end of her life. I wrote about how they helped with my own grief here.
The words are engraved in glow-in-the-dark pigment to be with you in the dark times.
£2 goes to Women for Refugee Women.
The Brontë Collection
A collaboration with the Brontë Parsonage Museum. £2 from the sale of every piece in this collection will go to help support their Learning fund.
Spider brooch
Designed to celebrate Lady Hale's infamous brooch, the spider has become a contemporary feminist symbol.
About Wear and Resist
Wear and Resist was launched by me, Sarah Day, in early 2017 as a way to channel my frustration at the political climate into a creative pursuit that would raise money for women's charities.
