I would like your Wear and Resist jewellery to last as long as you want to wear it!
There is a flat rate of £8 plus postage for any simple repairs such as chains being replaced, general wear and tear, or any other repair that you have spoken to me about. If it seems to be a complicated repair, please email me and I can let you know a price.
Of course if the item has arrived damaged or there is a fault with the clasp or chain I will replace it for you. Please get in touch if this is the case: sarah@wearandresist.com

Postage is £2.95 for Royal Mail Tracked-48 and free on orders over £40. I am only shipping within the UK at the moment.
Please note Tracked-48 is just the speed of shipping and does not mean that all orders are sent out to arrive within 48 hours.
I aim to send out orders within 2-3 days, but at busy time this may take a little longer, as some designs are made to order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, and it isn't one of those listed below, you can return it to Wear and Resist in its original condition, in the original gift box and packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of postage. If your order qualified for free postage because of the returned item I will deduct the cost of postage (£2.95).
I can not accept returns for items made in mirror acrylic, as the surface is delicate and I cannot resell these if they've been handled.
For reasons of hygiene I am afraid I cannot refund earrings, unless they were damaged or the wrong earrings were sent. And I cannot refund bespoke designs or sales or seconds items.
I look at all returns closely myself and won't refund any jewellery that has been worn.

Wear and Resist was born in early 2017 out of an urge to channel my frustration and growing rage at the political climate into a creative pursuit that would raise money for women's charities. I believe jewellery is about more than just looking pretty. What we wear can empower us and open up conversations. Statement jewellery that actually has something to say!

I bought the mix and match mirror lighting bolt earrings set for a friend. I love the fact you could mix and match the colours as I couldn’t decide on which colour way to go for. What a great idea!! I also bought a pair of the electric green mirror lightning bolt earrings for a friend’s bday next year.

The communication and customer service from Sarah was exceptional. This really means alot to me, and I appreciate it even more so coming from small businesses, as they are usually a one man band (or in this case woman!). So it means alot to me that she took the time to reply to enquires and messages when she has every other aspect of her business to oversee. I know people who run small businesses, so I know it’s not easy trying to juggle everything!
