Returns & refunds

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to me in its original box and packaging within a month of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Please email me at sarah@wearandresist.com if you would like to return an item. 
Postage costs will need to be covered by you unless there is a problem with the order.
For reasons of hygiene I am afraid I cannot refund earrings.

 

Damaged Or Broken Jewellery?

Please contact me sarah@wearandresist if a word or chain has broken and I will see what I can do to fix it! It’s always best to keep the box so that you can post it back easily.
