I AM I AM I AM new glow in the dark heart drop earrings

Dangly heart earrings etched with the words I am, I am, I am in glow-in-the-dark paint.

'I took a deep breath and listened to the old brag of my heart. I am, I am, I am.'

Sylvia Plath uses this phrase twice in The Bell Jar, and it is the title of Maggie O'Farrell's book, I Am, I Am, I Am: Seventeen Brushes with Death. It is also a mantra used in Kundalini yoga, and as Ekhart Tolle says: 'The ultimate truth of who you are is not I am this or I am that, but I am.' Let's call this, 'meditative jewellery' – something beautiful to wear for yourself.

£2 goes to Women for Refugee Women.

Care instructions

Acrylic can break if dropped and will snap under pressure. Please store your jewellery in its box and keep away from lotions and sprays as moisture can discolour metal parts.

Shipping & Returns

I aim to send out orders within 2-3 days, but at busy time this may take a little longer, as some designs are made to order. All orders are now sent Royal Mail Tracked-48. You will get an email to let you know when your order is on its way. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to Wear and Resist in its original box and packaging within a month of purchase for a refund excluding postage. For reasons of hygiene I am afraid I cannot refund earrings.

Words to live by

I love these earrings so much, and so it would seem do others if the compliments are anything to go by - from friends and colleagues to the lady in the Costa drivethru window!

Absolutely beautiful

I really love the colour of these and the sparkles on the stars are a great touch. I’ll wear them when I feel like I am losing myself in life.

About Wear and Resist

Wear and Resist was founded by Sarah Day in early 2017 as a way to channel her frustration and rage at the political climate into a creative pursuit that would raise money for women's charities. Her daughter, Eliza, is her inspiration, model and chain maker. Sarah designs and makes everything in her Oxfordshire studio, with a proportion of sales going to these charities.
