No returns on Seconds Items. All items will share boxes whenever possible.
The Deets:
ANODD necklace slate - the back and very bottom have deep grove where cut wrong, hard to see from the front of necklace
BOOKISH necklace - slight imperfection in the mirror
DIFFICULT WOMAN necklaces - slight scratches or imperfections in acrylic
GOBAITH necklace in matte yellow and matte navy - nothing wrong with them just didn't release the colours in the end
INCANDESCENT necklace in sky blue - extremely slight imperfection in the mirror
PERSIST typewriter necklace in moss glitter - slight scratches but hard to see
POWER & DIFFICULT WOMAN necklaces - imperfections on back
RAGING necklace - insanely glittery front
Paris Metro (not) sweary necklace - etching of the words slightly hazy at the edges - may be very slight scratches
Sweary jewel necklaces - these are on the old silver and gold-plated paperclip chains, so just old stock
'I am no bird' statement necklace from the Brontë Collection - may be very slight scratches
'I wish I were a girl again' Brontë necklace - slight imperfections in the mirror or the text not etched perfectly (but still very readable)
'No Coward Soul is Mine' Brontë necklace - the etching of text and star and pigment isn't perfect
F*CK THIS choker in pale pink on stainless chain - this is a bit shorter than I released, so good if you have a slim neck! Nothing wrong with it
Lightning Bolt mirror necklaces - may be slight scratches or imperfections on the back that show through slightly and they are on the old silver-plated chains

Postage is £2.95 for Royal Mail Tracked-48 and free on orders over £50. I am only shipping within the UK at the moment.
Please note Tracked-48 is just the speed of shipping and does not mean that all orders are sent out to arrive within 48 hours.
I aim to send out orders within 2-3 days, but at busy time this may take a little longer, as some designs are made to order.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, and it isn't one of those listed below, you can return it to Wear and Resist in its original condition, in the original gift box and packaging within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of postage. If your order qualified for free postage because of the returned item I will deduct the cost of postage (£2.95).
I can not accept returns for items made in mirror acrylic, as the surface is delicate and I cannot resell these if they've been handled.
For reasons of hygiene I am afraid I cannot refund earrings, unless they were damaged or the wrong earrings were sent. And I cannot refund bespoke designs or sales or seconds items.
I look at all returns closely myself and won't refund any jewellery that has been worn.

Wear and Resist was born in early 2017 out of an urge to channel my frustration and growing rage at the political climate into a creative pursuit that would raise money for women's charities. I believe jewellery is about more than just looking pretty. What we wear can empower us and open up conversations. Statement jewellery that actually has something to say!

I love these charms. I got two extra to put on my Wear and Resist charm bracelet. They arrived promptly, are easy to attach and look great. I love the range of words on them, so I have sweary and non-sweary. The messages they hold are empowering.
