MAY I BE SAFE necklace – inspired by a kindness meditation
This MAY I BE SAFE pendant necklace is etched with words from a loving kindness meditation in glow-in-the-dark pigment, to be with you in the dark times.
It comes on a choice of chain, adjustable to three lengths, with a small iridescent star.
It is modelled here by a member of Women for Refugee Women. £2 goes to this incredible charity.
Acrylic can break if dropped and will snap under pressure. Please store your jewellery in its box and keep away from lotions and sprays as moisture can discolour metal parts. Mirror acrylic can scratch easily, clean it like you would sunglasses, with a soft cloth and water or lens spray.
Shipping is free on orders over £40 in the UK, and on orders over $75 to US customers.
Otherwise, postage is charged at a flat rate of £2.95 for Royal Mail Tracked-48 on UK orders and $15 Royal Mail International Tracked to the US.
I aim to send out orders within 2-3 days, but at busy time this may take a little longer, as some designs are made to order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to Wear and Resist in its original box and packaging within a month of purchase for a refund excluding postage. For reasons of hygiene I am afraid I cannot refund earrings.

Wear and Resist was founded by Sarah Day in early 2017 as a way to channel her frustration and rage at the political climate into a creative pursuit that would raise money for women's charities. Her daughter, Eliza, is her inspiration, model and chain maker. Sarah designs and makes everything in her Oxfordshire studio, with a proportion of sales going to these charities.

I wanted some blue jewellery for a special occasion and whilst I could have popped into town and got something from one of the high street retailers, I really wanted what I wore to hold meaning for me. I adore Wear and Resist, and Sarah's ethos and values in the brand. These lightning bolt earrings are beautiful - I wore them with the matching pendant - and I felt empowered and calm wearing them.

Gorgeous, sturdy, I wear it most days! Adjustable for even my weird little wrists (I love this style of bracelet because it's super secure and you never have to worry about it sliding off).
