A space-themed design for all STEMinists - studying and working in the sciences, technology, engineering and mathematics!

I know not all steminists go to space, but I love how space study and exploration involves all four of these pursuits - and I like the aesthetic :-)

Chains are adjustable to three lengths. The word STEMinist is approx 8cm. (3in.) long. It is cut from 3mm. acrylic.

Abortion Support Network logo

£2 goes to Abortion Support Network who provide information on clinics, travel and accommodation, and provide financial assistance to help with costs for those who need to access safe abortions – in Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Malta, Gibraltar, Poland, Romania, Hungary, France, Spain, the Czech Republic and the other EU countries on a case-by-case basis. They are currently helping people impacted by the war in Ukraine.

Shipping & Returns

I aim to send out all orders as soon as possible, usually within a couple days of receiving them. Special orders and bespoke designs can take up to a week longer, and with such a big range of products, some designs are made to order so can't be sent next day. Please allow two days from ordering to posting even if you choose Tracked 24 or Special Delivery.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to Wear and Resist in its original box and packaging within a month of purchase for a full refund or exchange. For reasons of hygiene I am afraid I cannot refund earrings.

Care Instructions

Acrylic can break if dropped and will snap under pressure. Please store your jewellery in its box and keep away from lotions and sprays as moisture can discolour metal chains.

Really lovely

As a Senior Biomedical Scientist and feminist, I fell in love with this necklace after seeing it online. It arrived really fast and was as perfect as I imagined.

About us

Wear and Resist was launched by me, Sarah Day, in early 2017 as a way to channel my frustration at the political climate into a creative pursuit that would raise money for women's charities. It has grown word by word, but it's still just me, with a little help from Eliza, my daughter, model and muse. We currently support five main charities.
