I honestly could not be any more happy with everything that Sarah does and that includes getting the chain changed on my necklace. There was nothing wrong with the chain, it was simply that the gold colour just did not sit right on my very pale, english rose skin! Sarah was so incredibly kind and helpful and didn't seem to mind one bit about making the change for me.
